North Sound Karate has a wide range of class times to fit your busy schedule, classes are offered Monday through Saturday.  Classes in traditional Karate techniques including: Basics (Kihon), Forms (Kata), and Sparring (Kumite) make up the core of the program.  Instruction in the use of weapons (Kobudo) such as bo, tonfa, sai, ecu and nunchacku are offered to round out a more complete training experience.
